1.Protecting Minors & Support Groups

Playnbrag’s policy is clear: It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to open a Cash account or to gamble Cash on Playnbrag.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 FOUND TO BE USING THIS SITE WILL HAVE ANY WINNINGS FORFEITED AND MAY ALSO BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE.

Ensuring that children and other vulnerable persons will be protected from being harmed or exploited by gambling.

Our policy is that any person or child under the age of 18 is not allowed to gamble on our site. To do so, or attempt to so will result in the respective account been disabled and any winnings will be forfeited, but any *bets placed will be returned. Both random checks and checks where we have been notified of illegal activity will take place. Failure to comply with and give the necessary requested *documentation (official government approved documentation) within 72 hours will result in the account to remain frozen / disabled until we can verify the person is over the legal age.

We will also state that when we request age verification your account will be frozen until we have verification. This will include a player not been able to place any further bets or withdraw any funds.

*If you are unable to provide us with clear evidence that you are 18 or over we will return any residual balance, up to the value of your initial deposits, at the time of the unsuccessful verification.

Parents can also notify us at - reportminor@playnbrag.com – to close a account where a simple verification process will take place.

Our age verification process and procedure is as follows;

We will carry out age verification at point of deposit for any type of payment other than a credit card to verify the customer is over the legal age of 18 years old. The customer will be requested to upload id verification - any identification carrying the PASS logo (for example Citizencard or Validate), a driving licence (including provisional licence) with photocard or a passport (for U.K. citizens).

No winnings will be withdrawn from the account until the age verification has been satisfactorily completed.

If age verification has not been satisfactorily completed within 72 hours of the customer applying to register to gamble and depositing money:

  • the account will be frozen

  • no further gambling will be permitted until age verification has been successfully completed

  • if on completion of age verification the customer is shown to be underage, we will return to the customer any money paid in respect of the use of the gambling facilities, but no winnings shall be paid

*In respect to players outside the U.K. we will request the following id verification – (along with the same follow up processes and procedures)

*We will carry out age verification at point of deposit for any type of payment other than a credit card. The customer will be requested to upload id verification - any government approved identification such as Driver’s Licence or Passport of the Country in question or any other identification approved by the government of the respective jurisdiction.

Parental Supervision

Parents must take responsibility and need to be vigilant against underage gambling. Some points for parents to consider are:

  • Be mindful of what websites are being accessed. Parental filters are available with most browsers, however additional filtering solutions can be used (see below).

  • Never leave your account logged in while away from the computer, when it may be possible for your child to access the computer.

Filtering Systems

Playnbrag encourages its customers to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. ICRA (the Internet Content Rating Association) are part of the Family Online Safety Institute, and provide general information and advice about internet safety. Visit them at: www.fosi.org.

Filtering solutions allow parents to regulate access to the internet, based on chosen criteria. Parents can use filters to prevent their children from accessing, amongst other things, gambling websites. Because our pages are ‘labelled’, filtering solutions being used to prevent gambling access are able to detect our site content, and block our pages. If you share your computer with friends or family who are under the legal age to register or bet with our site, Parental filtering solutions such as the 4 listed below will be available on our site:

2.Protecting the Vunerable, Problem Gamblers & Support Groups / Organisations

We are encouraging people to use this site for it’s intended purpose. That is one of fun and entertainment among friends, and not solely monetary gain.

One of the reasons we have set a daily / weekly cap on the betting limit is to deter both problem gamblers and professional gamblers from using the site.

We encourage You to use our service sensibily and place bets within your means that does not put pressure on your fiances resulting in taking the fun element out of it.

If you feel you are developing a gambling problem and are betting too often you can email us to take a time out from the service from 24 hours to 6 months by contacting us at - timeout@playnbrag.com with your requested “time out” period. If you would rather us prevent you from using the site you can contact us at - selfexclusion@playnbrag.com – and we will stop you from accessing our site for the next 12 months within 48 hours of the request been submitted.

Likewise if you see a friend or a loved one using the service to often or betting outside their means you can notify us immediately at - reportlovedone@playnbrag.com – and after a verification process we will block access to the account.

Once the the request and verification has taken place any remaining balances / funds will be withdrawn to the Player’s bank / payment account by a method determined by us (conditional upon complete account verification where appropriate).

Any existing leagues you are in will continue as before and you will be forwarded the winnings if you win, after which when the last league ends the account will become inactive and close.
